Bridget Blount is the Chief Impact Officer at Baltimore's Promise, where they oversee data and evaluation initiatives. Bridget previously served as the Director of Data & Evaluation at Family League of Baltimore and as the Manager of Evaluation and Quality Improvement at New Pathways, Inc.

Bridget Blount has a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology also from the University of Maryland. Bridget is certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention from OSSE's Division of Special Education.
