Erin Gore

Erin Gore serves as the Chief Impact Officer at Watch Duty since June 2025. Prior to this role, Erin held various senior leadership positions at World Central Kitchen, including Chief Executive Officer and Senior VP of Development, from July 2019 to June 2025. Erin's experience also includes serving as Associate Director of Development at The Malala Fund and as Senior Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Share Our Strength, contributing to initiatives aimed at eradicating childhood hunger in America. Earlier in the career, Erin was Director of Development and Communication at The Fishing School, Development Officer at The Posse Foundation, Development Associate at Bright Beginnings, Development Assistant at the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, and an intern at the Center for International Policy. Erin holds degrees from The University of Kansas and Pittsburg State University.
