Willmer Aguilera

Willmer Aguilera has worked as a Project Delivery Manager at Balum SA since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Support Engineer at BALUM from January 2010 to May 2019.

Willmer Aguilera has a diverse education history. In 2002, they enrolled at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, where they pursued a Licenciatura in Electronics. Willmer completed this degree in 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, Aguilera attended the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where they pursued a Master's degree in Master in Telecommunications Networks for Developing Countries. After a brief gap, in 2016, Aguilera enrolled simultaneously at both the Universidad EAN and the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. At Universidad EAN, they pursued a Maestría in Project Management, which they completed in 2018. Similarly, at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management, which they also completed in 2018.
