Thomas Gaissmaier

Thomas Gaissmaier is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational leadership with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since September 2023, Thomas has previously held key roles including Senior Operating Director of Human Capital (Advisor) at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., Global HR Director (Interim) at ERM, and Chief People Officer at Match Group. Thomas also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at 21st Century Fox and spent 17 years at Boston Consulting Group as Managing Director and Partner, leading the North American Human Resource Practice. Earlier in the career, Thomas worked as a TV and Radio Journalist from 1991 to 1999.
