Amy Perry

Amy Perry, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Amy currently serves as the AVP, Benefits at Planet Home Lending, LLC, where they direct the administration of all employee benefit plans and manages various regulatory filings. In addition, they play a key role in managing all COVID-related processes, including policy creation, contact tracing, and office reentry.

Prior to their current role, Amy worked as the US Health and Welfare Benefits Manager at CBRE, where they developed and administered employee benefit programs and ensured compliance with legal requirements. Amy also recommended new benefit plans and cost-saving measures.

Amy served as the National Benefits Manager at Mothers Against Drunk Driving for 12 years, overseeing the organization's benefits programs. Before that, they gained experience as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Aegis Communications, where they were responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain talented employees.

In 2003, Amy briefly owned their own consulting company, Burgoya Consulting.

Amy Perry, SPHR pursued their education at LeTourneau University from 1994 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In terms of additional certifications, Amy obtained the SHRM-SCP certification in February 2015. Amy also holds an SPHR certification, which was obtained through the Society for Human Resources Management, although the specific dates are not provided.
