Xuan Tien Nguyen

Xuan Tien Nguyen has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on aviation and finance. Xuan Tien started their career at Vietnam Airlines in 1994, where they served as a Legal Manager for 14 years. After leaving Vietnam Airlines, they joined Petro Vietnam Finance Corporation as a Legal Manager in 2008. Following this, they worked at Vietnam Aircraft Leasing JSC as a Legal Director, actively participating in negotiations for aircraft lease and purchase contracts, as well as advising and facilitating financing for various aircrafts. Xuan Tien Nguyen then moved on to VINFAST LLC as a Senior Legal Advisor in 2017, before joining Anh Nguyen Co., LTD in the same capacity in 2010. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Director at Bamboo Airways, where they oversee legal, insurance, and investment planning. Notably, they handle legal negotiations for aircraft contracts and works with various aviation authorities, state agencies, and finance partners.

Xuan Tien Nguyen has an impressive education history. Xuan Tien began by earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Hanoi University, completing their studies in 1994. Xuan Tien then enrolled at the University of Languages & International Studies and obtained a Bachelor of English degree in 1997. Pursuing further legal studies, Xuan Tien Nguyen joined Vietnam National University, Hanoi, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their educational qualifications, Xuan Tien Nguyen became a member of the Hanoi Bar Association in 2010.
