Kendra James

Kendra James currently serves as the Legal Director at Omaze UK, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kendra was Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial at Miniclip from August 2022 to August 2025 and held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at the Financial Times from March 2015 to August 2022, where the responsibilities included providing senior legal counsel. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at The Jamie Oliver Media Group from July 2011 to February 2015, focusing on intellectual property and commercial matters in various media sectors, and as a Legal Advisor for London 2012 and a Legal Consultant for the International Olympic Committee. Kendra began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Sidley Austin and has held temporary legal assistant roles at Davis & Harman LLP and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. Kendra earned a BA in Near Eastern Studies and International Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Law.
