Jaden Knighton

Jaden Knighton has extensive experience in customer experience operations, currently serving as a Customer Experience Operations Specialist at BambooHR since June 2019, with previous experience as a Customer Experience Operations Associate. Responsibilities include administering Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, SalesLoft, and Formstack, creating dashboards and reports to support stakeholder decision-making, and utilizing Scrum processes for agile workflows. Additionally, as a Payroll Project Manager, Jaden managed the implementation of the TRAXPayroll product for multiple clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Prior to BambooHR, Jaden worked at L3 Technologies from April 2015 to June 2019 as an HR Project Manager and Property Specialist, overseeing product management for ongoing projects and creating reports for customers and executive teams. Jaden holds a degree from Weber State University.
