Richard Wood

Richard Wood is a seasoned software architect specializing in AI applications at BambooHR since April 2021. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Richard held various roles at Neustar, Inc. from July 2012 to April 2021, including Software Engineer Architect and Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, Richard served as Principal Software Engineer at WESTERN INVESTMENT NETWORK, LLC and held roles at Affiliated Computer Services as Technical Team Lead. Richard began a career in software development at Rumson Capital Management and contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. Educationally, Richard holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems and a BASc in Economics, both from Brigham Young University.
