Pat Faiola

Pat Faiola has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2001, they interned as a Junior Programmer at Weber Shandwick and were later hired as a full-time web developer. From 2005 to 2010, Pat worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Sterling Commerce, focusing on the Sterling Call Center and Store applications. At IBM, they held two roles: first as an Advisory Software Engineer from 2010 to 2013, working on the Sterling application team, and later as a Technical Sales Specialist from 2013 to 2020, responsible for building demo assets and supporting various geographies. From 2020 to 2021, Pat was a Principal Architect at FAHM Technology Partners, and in 2021, they became Director of Engineering at Sprocket. Currently, in 2022, Pat serves as the SVP of Innovation at BambuMeta.

Pat Faiola completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from IBM, including IBM Sterling Supply Chain Solutions V1 Sales Engineer Specialty in November 2021, IBM Inventory Visibility Developer Expert in June 2020, IBM Order Management and Fulfillment Solutions Technical Professional v1 in June 2020, IBM Order Management on Cloud 2019 Developer in June 2020, and Bluemix Essentials in May 2017.
