Dinesh T Patel has a robust career in dairy production and management, currently serving as Deputy Manager of Plant Operations at Banaskantha District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Ltd. (GCMMF-AMUL) since July 2009. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Manager of Production at Dudhsagar Dairy from August 2005 to July 2009. Dinesh earned a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Technology from Sheth M C College of Dairy Science between 1980 and 1984, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, during 1996-1997.
