Guillem Beltran

Guillem Beltran currently serves as the Head of Healthcare Operations at Banc de Sang i Teixits, focusing on project management for the introduction of new medical devices and technologies, particularly in automation and AI, to enhance process performance and ensure quality in blood component supply to hospitals. In addition, Guillem acts as a Master Thesis Professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, specializing in Transfusion Medicine and Advanced Cell Therapies. Previous experience includes senior project management roles at Federació Farmacèutica, a project engineer position at Nestlé S.A., and project management experience in nuclear engineering for the Swedish Government. Guillem holds multiple master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Energy, and Total Quality Management from institutions including Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
