Cindy Walters has extensive experience in corporate communications, HR communications, talent management, training, marketing, and client services in the banking industry. Cindy has led various initiatives to improve employee engagement, drive performance, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Cindy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Business Emphasis from UCLA and has completed the Pacific Coast Banking School program at the University of Washington.
