Stacey Romanello

Stacey Romanello is a seasoned cybersecurity and compliance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as the Regional Information Security Officer at RBC since August 2018, Romanello leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Romanello has been a Governing Body Member for the New York CISO Community and founded the Risk Finance Technology Strategy Change - Transformation Leaders Networking Group, actively engaging in industry discussions and trend research. Previous roles include transformation leadership at MUFG, where responsibilities included overseeing global financial crimes technology, and significant positions at JPMorgan Chase, RBC Capital Markets, Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and Metallgesellschaft Corp, emphasizing governance, risk management, and technology integration.
