Neal Nicklaus

Neal Nicklaus is a highly experienced Senior Scientist currently at BANC3, Inc. since February 2013. With a solid background in optical systems and engineering, Neal has previously worked at DHPC where responsibilities included designing and developing labs for IRCM systems and leading a contractor team for system tests. Earlier positions include Senior Optical Engineer at Specialty Systems, Inc., and independent consulting focused on optical and systems engineering for biotech companies. Neal's extensive experience also includes significant roles at GE Healthcare and Praelux, where product development and innovation were key focuses, alongside managing budgets and engineering projects. Educational background includes a BS in Physics & Math from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and an incomplete Master's program in Optics at the University of Rochester.
