Andreea Voinea

Andreea Voinea has held various HR and leadership roles throughout their career. Andreea worked at BCR as the CHRO, overseeing a team of professionals and supporting the transformation of the organization. Andreea also served as the Head of Restructuring & Outplacement at OMV Petrom, managing a large restructuring project. At Barclays PLC, they were the Director and Head of Reward, where they designed and implemented integrated reward solutions. Andreea worked as a Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, advising on executive compensation. Andreea also had experience at Deutsche Bank and Bank Austria Creditanstalt S.A., where they held roles in finance and M&A analysis.

Andreea Voinea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 1998. Andreea also received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ghent University in 1997.

Andreea pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance and Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001.
