Mihaela Dibla

Mihaela Dibla started their career at BCR Plevnei Branch in September 1996 as an Economist, where Mihaela performed operations for retail and corporate customers while adhering to NBR regulations for FX transactions. In November 2003, Mihaela transitioned to BCR where Mihaela currently holds the position of Senior Risk Manager - Strategic Risk Management. In this role, Mihaela is responsible for credit risk RWA computation, drawing up reports on BCR capital adequacy for regulatory bodies, coordinating subsidiary reporting packages, and participating in capital strategy development.
