Ruxandra Gheorghe began their work experience in 2003 as a Financial Analyst at Citibank Romania until 2005. Ruxandra then worked as a Management Consultant at Erste Bank AG from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2013, they held the role of Head of Compensation, Benefits and HR Controlling at BCR, where they led the HR planning process for the entire BCR Group and implemented performance management processes. From 2013 onwards, they served as Head of Total Rewards and Organisational Design at BCR, providing strategic direction in the areas of HR planning, reward, and performance management. Ruxandra Gheorghe has a diverse education history. Ruxandra first attended Colegiul National "Gheorghe Sincai" Bucuresti from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. Following this, they studied at Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking. In 2007 and 2008, they attended HR Vocational School - CIPD and achieved a CIPD certification in Human Resources Management. Later, they pursued further education at WU Executive Academy from 2009 to 2011 and completed an Executive MBA program. During this program, they studied diverse subjects such as Finance, Marketing, Data Analysis, Negotiation, Macroeconomics, Change Management, and Competitive Analysis. In terms of additional certifications, Ruxandra Gheorghe obtained a HR Analytics Leader certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in August 2020. Ruxandra also earned a certification in PEOPLE ANALYTICS: TRANSFORMING HR STRATEGY WITH DATA SCIENCE from Emeritus in December 2022.
