Monica Sainz Dominguez

Monica Sainz Dominguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and financial management. Currently serving as Directora de Gestion Integral del Gasto at Banca March since April 2017, Monica successfully launched this function from the ground up, implementing procedures, policies, tools, and team structures. Prior to this role, Monica held key positions at Bankinter from May 2008 to April 2017, including Director Unidad de Compras, where efforts focused on internal stakeholder engagement and corporate negotiations. Monica began their career at FULLSTEP, serving as Gerente Proyecto from January 2001 to January 2008, where foundational skills in procurement were developed. Monica’s academic credentials include a degree in Naval Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a recent certification in budget preparation from The Valley Business & Tech School.
