Nicoleta Barbu is an experienced professional specializing in project and incident management, with a career spanning various roles across multiple organizations since 2007. Currently serving as a Major Incident and Problem Manager and Project Manager at Banca Transilvania since April 2016, Nicoleta has previously held project management positions at Loop Operations, Romsys, Softwin, and Fiatest.
