Lisett A. is an experienced HR professional with expertise in talent attraction, mobility, and strategic career advising. Currently serving as Líder de Conexión del Talento and Líder de Atracción y Movilidad del Talento at Bancaribe since February 2021, Lisett A. successfully coordinates talent acquisition processes and internal mobility strategies, utilizing technology and modern trends in selection methods.
