Maria Khoury's work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as a Catering Manager at Café Mocha. Maria then moved on to be a Store General Manager at Dontdosocks from 2007 to 2009. In 2008, they joined Pure360 as a System Trainer & Technical Support and later became an Outbound Customer Services Manager. Maria then took on the role of Implementations Manager, where they successfully launched and managed a new team within the company. In 2013, Maria became the Head of Service Delivery at Pure360, where they built an award-winning team focused on customer success, support, and professional services. After leaving Pure360 in 2017, Maria joined Automation Logic as the Head of Delivery, working closely with DevOps engineers and customers on cloud migration and transformation projects. In 2019, they worked as a School Business Development Coordinator at Springboard Education, where they helped secure funding and placements for the school. Maria's most recent position is at Tillo, where they started as a Service Delivery Manager in 2020 and then progressed to become an Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Tillo.

Maria Khoury attended the University of Plymouth from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Economics. In March 2016, Maria obtained the Customer Excellence Certification for Pure360 from the Government Standard. Centre For Assessment.
