Marcelo Bradaschia has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Marcelo is currently the Head of Digital Credit at Banco ABC Brasil since March 2020. Prior to this, they were the COO at Torq, an innovation platform for financial services, where they led various projects and generated over US$ 1 million in consulting commercial deals. Marcelo also co-founded FintechLab.com.br, a fintech innovation hub in Brazil, and Clay Innovation, where they played a key role in promoting the fintech movement and developing projects to transform the industry. Marcelo has held other roles such as Head of CRM Strategies at Redecard, Head of CRM Analytics/BI/DBM/Marketing Science at Grupo Santander, Collection Strategy Manager and Credit Risk Manager at ABN Amro Real, and Credit & Risk Analyst at CSU CardSystem SA. Marcelo has also contributed to academia as the FGV Fintech Specialization Course Coordinator and Professor. Marcelo holds an academic master's degree from FGV Brazil.

Marcelo Bradaschia completed their education with a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2015. Prior to that, they graduated with a degree in Product Design and Innovation from Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo in 2011. Marcelo also obtained a specialization in CRM from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2007 and another specialization in Banking from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2003. Marcelo began their academic journey by completing their graduation in Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1999. Additionally, Marcelo Bradaschia received the Academic Master Degree certification from FGV Brazil in 2013.
