Douglas Klimak

Douglas Klimak started their career as an Operations Analyst at Nunesfarma Distribuidora de Produtos Farmacêuticos LTDA in 2005. Douglas then joined HSBC as a Trainee, supporting various departments in BPM methodology. Later, at NTT DATA Corporation, they worked as a Process Consultant, specializing in process improvements in banking departments. Subsequently, at HSBC, Douglas held roles as a Senior Process Analyst, Retail Banking Project Manager, and Procurement Transformation Manager, focusing on data quality, project management, and procurement integration. Douglas then moved to Banco Bradesco, assuming the roles of Procurement Transformation Manager and Head of Procurement Excellence, where they led initiatives in digital transformation, governance, and supplier lifecycle management.

Douglas Klimak has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from FAE Centro Universitario, obtained in 2010. Douglas later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management from Universidade Federal do Parana in 2011-2012. Subsequently, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Lean Six Sigma from PUCPR in 2013-2015. Douglas continued their education with a Master of Business Administration - MBA from PROFUTURO - FIA Business School in 2018-2020, and international programs focusing on Innovation and Digital Transformation, Data Intelligence, and Machine Learning from University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University in 2019. In 2023, they also attended the Program for Management Development PMD in Business Administration and Management at ISE Business School. Currently, Douglas is pursuing a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, International MBA Certification, and Business English.
