Ray Castro Junior

Ray Castro Junior has a rich and varied work experience, starting as a Consultant at TIM in 2000. Ray then held roles as a CRM Consultant at Schlumberger and later as a Project Manager at Atos Origin. Moving on, they became a Project Manager at IBM - USA, focusing on migration services for system NewPOS. Subsequently, they served as an IT Manager at GVT, overseeing application development life cycles. Currently, they are the Head of Analytics Solution & Risk Governance at Risk Dept. at Banco Bradesco, after previously leading the Data & Analytics team and serving as a Sr Manager in Architecture and Data Management to improve information management and services across various business lines.

Ray Castro Junior completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at UTP in 2000. Ray later pursued a specialization in Internet Applications Development Program at UERJ in 2006. Ray then obtained a Master's degree in Management from FAE in 2011, followed by an MBA in Executive Management from Baldwin Wallace University in 2013. In 2021, they completed a course in Economics and Business Management at ISE Business School. Most recently, in 2023, Ray completed a program in Risk Management and Financial Decision Making at the University of Chicago.
