Fernando Dias is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in building and scaling high-performing software engineering teams. Currently serving as a Tech Manager at Banco BV since June 2021, Fernando specializes in delivering critical mission applications on Cloud Platforms and troubleshooting complex systems.
