Eurilton Araujo is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in academia and research. Since September 2010, Eurilton has served as a researcher in the Department of Studies and Research at Banco Central do Brasil. Prior to this role, Eurilton worked at Insper from January 2004 to September 2011, holding the position of Associate Professor and coordinating the Master's program in Economics from August 2007 to July 2010 while also taking a leave of absence without pay until September 2011. Eurilton's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Ibmec from August 2001 to December 2003. Eurilton earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Northwestern University between 1997 and 2001.
