Alejandro Sebiani S.

Alejandro Sebiani S. has extensive experience in the field of information technology and security, having served in various managerial roles at Banco de Costa Rica since June 2002. Currently holding the position of Gerente de Desarrollo de Sistemas, Alejandro is responsible for identifying business needs and developing technological solutions. Previous roles include Gerente de Operaciones de TI, overseeing the operation of technology-based services, and Gerente de seguridad y riesgo en TI, where responsibilities included defining IT and information security strategies. Alejandro also served as the President of ISC2-Costa Rica Chapter from July 2018 to December 2020, focusing on enhancing knowledge in information security among certified specialists. Earlier career experience includes positions at RACSA and Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. Alejandro holds a degree in systems engineering, an MBA, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
