Qualified by the BB Executive Ascension Program in 2017, she held the position of executive manager of the Human Resources and Culture Management Office from May 2019 to April 2023, being responsible for the management of Ethics and Internal Ombudsman; Disciplinary Control; Labor Negotiation and Relationship with Unions; Prevention, Conciliation and Mitigation of Labor Risk. Between January 2020 and April 2023, she acted as BB’s negotiator with Union Entities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management and an Executive MBA in Financial Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She has worked in the areas of Auditing, Corporate Sustainability, Technology and Culture and People Management at BB. She has the Professional Certification Febraban “Ouvidoria” – FBB 200.
