Omar Contreras

Omar Contreras is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in credit analysis and collections. Currently serving as the Gerente de análisis de créditos y cobros de consumo and Director de cobros de tarjeta de credito y prestamos de consumo at Banco GyT Continental since October 2018, Omar has previously held leadership roles at BAC Credomatic, including Jefe de Negocios Prendario and Jefe de cobros BAC/BANCOR. With a career beginning at Credomatic and experience as a Coordinador de Logistica at Multiservicios RM, Omar possesses extensive expertise in financial management and strategy. Omar holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, two Master's degrees in Industrial Administration from Universidad Rafael Landívar, and a Master in Finance from INCAE Business School.
