Mirella Queiroz began their work experience in 2008 as a Trainee at Forum Access, where they were responsible for internal and external communications and updating company information. Mirella then worked as a Trainee at First Comunicação, where they focused on Atendimento and Planejamento for clients. In 2014, they joined ID as a Digital Account Trainee and progressed to roles such as Junior Digital Account Assistant and Digital Account Executive. Mirella also served as an Account Supervisor at Leo Burnett Tailor Made from 2014 to 2018. Mirella later worked at SunsetDDB and DPZ&T as an Account Manager before joining One Digital as a Business Leader in 2020. Currently, Mirella is the Marketing | Creative Operations Lead at Banco next starting from 2022.
Mirella Queiroz began their education journey in 2005 at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Mirella pursued a degree in Communication Social with a specialization in Publicidade e Propaganda, completing their studies in 2009.
In terms of additional certifications, Mirella obtained various qualifications. In 2017, they earned the "Facebook Blueprint Live" certification, offered by Facebook. In 2018, they obtained the "IELTS" certification from the International House Brisbane - ALS. Moving forward, in 2021, Mirella acquired three certifications: "CRM for Recovery" and "Le Studio" from Publicis Groupe and "História da arte pelo Acervo do MASP" from Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand - MASP.
Looking to expand their knowledge further, Mirella is currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Gestão de Processos. This program is set to be completed between 2023 and 2025 at Centro Universitário São Camilo.
