Ricardo Destro is a Principal Software Engineer and Solutions Architect with experience in managing teams, designing architecture solutions, evaluating technology suppliers, and leading projects. Ricardo has a strong background in Java systems architecture, agile development methodologies, cloud technology, and critical system performance. Ricardo also has experience in software development and coordination, game development, and system maintenance in various companies such as Banco PAN, Buscapé Company, Tectoy Digital, and UOL. Ricardo holds a MBA in Solution Architecture from FIAP and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
