Rodrigo Brito

Rodrigo Brito currently works as a Design Manager at Safra, leading the Design team in implementing a design culture and providing innovative solutions for the financial market. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held positions at Multilaser Industrial Ltda as a Designer UI/UX, focusing on creating communication/branding campaigns. With a background in marketing and a degree in Design, Rodrigo has experience in developing design systems, conducting research and tests, and creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. Rodrigo is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Innovation from FGV.
