Silvia Menicucci serves as a Conselheira at Pacto Global - Rede Brasil since March 2025, representing Santander on the UN Global Compact's Board of Directors. In her role at Santander Brasil, Silvia holds dual titles as Sr. Head of Relations Institutional and Governmental Affairs and Superintendente Executiva de Relações Governamentais. Additionally, Silvia is the Adjunct Director of the Institutional Relations Committee at FEBRABAN and a member of both the ESG Committee and the Council of the Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development (CEBDS). Previous positions include leadership roles at ICC Brasil, Bayer, and the National Confederation of Industry (CNI).
