Lisette Guittard

Lisette Guittard currently serves as Group Vice-President for Transformation & Change Management and Global Head of Cyber Secure User Experience at Santander, focusing on safeguarding 144 million customers and over 200,000 employees from cyber threats. Prior experience includes roles in strategic communications at Santander UK, serving as spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security during President Obama's administration, and directing communications for Roots of Hope to empower Cuban youth. Additional experience includes communications roles with the U.S. Political Action Committee, operations at Brown Brothers Harriman, and marketing consulting at State Farm Insurance. Lisette holds a BA in Political Science and Government from Boston College and has pursued management executive education in design thinking at MIT, along with current studies at the University of Oxford.
