Andrezza Cristina Carvalho Costa

Andrezza Cristina Carvalho Costa serves as the IT Architecture Executive Manager at banco BV since March 2021, overseeing Solution Architecture, Integration Architecture, Software Architecture, and Architecture Governance teams. Previously, Andrezza held the position of IT Architecture Manager, responsible for DevOps, DevTools, and DX, as well as leading the Cloud Tribe in delivering Tech for Tech products and development accelerators. As an Associate Founder of TheFemTech since May 2020, Andrezza is dedicated to empowering women in technology through mentorship, technical events, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Prior experience includes roles at Itaú Unibanco as Cloud Engineering Coordinator, focusing on public cloud engineering and architecture solutions, and at Buscapé Company as a Software Development Specialist, tackling critical systems issues and enhancing integration architecture. Andrezza also worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Telefonica, specializing in critical systems for data treatment and integration. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Estacio Radial.
