José Danubio Rozo

José Danúbio Rozo is a member of the audit committee. Before joining, Mr. Rozo worked in the formation of the audit and risk committee of União Brasiliense de Educação e Cultura – UBEC at which he worked as an independent member of the board of directors and coordinator of the audit and risk committee. Mr. Rozo also worked as an independent member of the audit committee of BB Mapfre and independent member of the audit committee of Paranapanema S.A. Mr. Rozo currently is a member of the audit and risk committee of Fastshop. Mr. Rozo holds a degree in economics from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria and Centro de Ensino Unificado de Brasília, an MBA in management from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in controlling from Universidade de São Paulo and a PhD in controlling and accounting from Universidade de São Paulo.
