Jeremy Godfrey

Jeremy Godfrey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. Jeremy is currently working as the Executive Director of Fixed Income Sales at BancTrust & Co. In their previous role at TriLinc Global, LLC, they were responsible for capital raising and leading co-investments and trading for a global emerging markets private credit fund. Before that, Jeremy served as the Head of Capital Markets at ProducePay, where they led the Capital Markets team to secure debt from alternative credit and private debt funds. During their tenure at Standard Chartered Bank, they grew the London Institutional Fixed Income Sales footprint. Additionally, Jeremy was a key part of the Emerging Market Sales team at Credit Suisse and worked as an Analyst in Fixed Income Emerging Markets Sales at UBS. Jeremy began their career with an internship at Morgan Stanley.

Jeremy Godfrey obtained a degree of MA (Hons) in Economics and Politics from The University of Edinburgh. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Series 63, 82 from FINRA in 2019, Start-Up Investor School from Y Combinator in 2018, Venture Deals - Kauffman Fellows Academy and Techstars from Kauffman Fellows Academy in 2017, Certificate in Investments; Financial Regulation, Securities, Derivatives. from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2006, and Dive Master from PADI in 2005.
