David Han

David Han has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. David started their career in 2004 as an International HR Specialist at Compassion International. David then worked their way up to become an Associate Area Director - HR, before transitioning to the role of International Compensation and Benefits Program Manager. In this role, they implemented various initiatives such as building and implementing international job architecture and salary structures, streamlining job description management, consolidating benefit plans, and shifting global retirement provision programs. In 2013, David became the Regional HR Director for Asia at Compassion International, a role they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined Vertiv as the Director of Global HR, where they led strategic HR business partnerships and managed global HR priorities and service delivery. Currently, David works as the Global Human Resources Director at BAND-IT IDEX.

David Han earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including GPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
