Santanu Banerjee

Santanu Banerjee is the current Head of Human Resources at Bandhan Bank Ltd. Santanu has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, and has worked with some of the leading banks in India. Prior to joining Bandhan Bank, they were the Zonal HR Head for East at Axis Bank, where they were responsible for overall manpower management for Eastern Geography across 14 States and 1 Union Territory. Santanu has also worked as the Head of Human Resources at Bandhan Financial Services (proposed Bank) from September 2014 to August 2015.

Santanu Banerjee has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
