Leah Russell

Leah Russell has a wealth of experience in merchandise planning and allocation. Leah began their career in 2012 as a Global Sourcing Analyst - Accessories and Senior Fabric Sourcing Specialist at Target. In 2015, they moved to Shopbop | East Dane as a Merchandise Planner. In 2019, they joined Away, where they held the roles of Senior Director of Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Director of Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Senior Merchandise Planning Manager, and Merchandise Planning Manager. Currently, they are the Vice President, Merchandise Planning & Allocation at BANDIER, a role they have held since 2022.

Leah Russell attended Grinnell College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. In 2010, they completed international coursework at Universidad de Granada.
