Katja West

Katja West has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katja started their career as a Bookkeeper at Ken Rose, CPA from 2006 to 2009. Katja then worked as a Tasting Room Administrator at A. Rafanelli Winery from 2009 to 2014, where they performed administrative and operational duties while updating technology systems.

In 2013, they joined Studio M Publishing as a Content Traffic Manager, where they managed databases, tracked ad sales, and implemented technological improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

From 2014 to 2021, Katja worked at Sonoma County Tourism, first as a Database Contractor, maintaining the Simpleview CRM database and communicating with partners. Katja then became a Marketing Data & Systems Specialist, responsible for managing the CRM database, building partner relationships, and project managing external website vendors.

Currently, they are working at Bandwango as a Senior Regional Manager - Client & Community Relations. Katja oversees a team that delivers exceptional customer support and success for over 100 clients, developing curated in-destination experiences and milestones. Additionally, they previously held the role of Regional Manager, responsible for empowering their team to achieve goals set by regional clients. Before that, they worked as a Partnership Account Manager, serving as the liaison between local business outreach efforts and clients to onboard them onto the Bandwango platform.

Katja West is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. Katja is in progress of completing their degree and the specific start and end year are not provided. In addition to their degree program, Katja has obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they obtained the "Applied Marketing Strategies" certification from Soomo Learning. Prior to that, in December 2015, they obtained three different certifications related to Adobe applications including "Computer Studies: Adobe Applications Specialist Certificate," "Computer Studies: Adobe Certification Training in InDesign Certificate," and "Computer Studies: Adobe Photoshop Entry Level Certificate." These Adobe certifications were obtained from Santa Rosa Junior College.
