Kim Desai

Kim Desai is an experienced professional in technology support and information systems management. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Desk and Site and Field at Spark Power since December 2022, Kim also holds a position as Information Systems Technician with Banff Lodging Company starting in November 2021. Previous roles include Technology Support Supervisor at Alamo Colleges, Director of Technology Support Services at Our Lady of the Lake University, and PC Technician at both San Antonio Express-News and Getronics. Additionally, Kim worked as a Microsoft IT Academy Tutor at St. Philips College. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Security from Our Lady of the Lake University and an Associate of Applied Science in Network Administration from St. Philips College.
