Henrique Spilla's work experience includes positions at multiple companies. In 2009, they interned at Comgas as a Compensation Intern. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an HR Trainee at AES Brasil. Henrique then served as a Senior Analyst for Compensation & Benefits at AES Brasil from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they became the Compensation and Benefits Lead for Brazil at AES Brasil, managing a team of 8 individuals and overseeing compensation, benefits, people budget, and expatriates for the company. Starting in 2015, Henrique joined The AES Corporation as a Director of Global Compensation and Mobility, where they led the Global Compensation & Mobility Center of Excellence, managing multiple direct reports in various countries. Henrique was responsible for redesigning job structures, implementing new compensation structures, and managing merit, bonus, and long-term compensation cycles. Additionally, they served as the Director of Human Resources Information System, leading a global HRIS team responsible for supporting Workday on a global scale. Henrique developed analytics, deployed training sessions, and managed regression testing and strategy. In 2018, Henrique was promoted to the role of Senior Director of Total Rewards and HRIS at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they currently work.
Henrique Spilla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2007 to 2010.
