Aircraft Dispatcher (Part-Time)

The City of Bangor, Maine, Airport Department is currently seeking to fill a part time

(20+/- hrs) Aircraft Dispatcher position at the Bangor International Airport. This position is responsible for the coordination of transit services under federal rules and regulations. Candidates must be able to effectively operate communication equipment, and possess a strong customer service focus to effectively communicate with co-workers, various departments, federal agencies and the general public. The candidate will be expected maintain flight logs, dispatch information quickly and precisely, operate the snow desk and all other relatable duties, with or without supervision. Previous or relatable experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be available to work a varying schedule according to department needs.
