Francisco Newball

Francisco Newball is a software engineer at Banistmo since December 2021, responsible for overseeing the software lifecycle and applications under management while adhering to IT guidelines and best practices. Previously, Francisco served as a development analyst at LumiCorp from April 2016 to June 2022, specializing in Oracle Forms and Reports 11g and Oracle Application Express. Additional experience includes project administration at NewSoft from March 2015 to April 2016 and senior database administration for Oracle at TVN from September 2008 to March 2015. Francisco holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering with a focus on Software Development from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, earned between 2001 and 2005.
