Tatak Susetyo

Tatak Susetyo is currently working as a Marketing Research Manager at Bank Aladdin Syariah and as a Marketing Research Specialist at First Digital Syariàh Bank. With a background in product and market research, Tatak has held previous positions as a Lead Product Research & UX, Qualitative Research Manager, and Senior Qualitative Researcher in various companies. Tatak holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business from the University of Indonesia and a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Marketing from Universitas Trisakti. Throughout their career, Tatak has been dedicated to qualitative research, utilizing methods such as FGD and in-depth interviews to gain insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
