Mohammad Ahsan

Mohammad Ahsan has a diverse work experience that spans over 18 years. Mohammad began their career as an Accountant at AL Tawakkal Enterprises in 2003. Mohammad then worked as an Audit Trainee at Syed Husain & Co from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined KFB GROUP as an Internal Auditor for a short period before moving to KPMG Al Fozan & Al Sadhan as a Senior Auditor. At KPMG, they gained extensive assurance experience in the Banking, Manufacturing, and Trading sectors until 2011. Since 2011, they have been employed at Bank Albilad, starting as an Internal Audit Supervisor, then progressing to Senior Manager of Business, Credit, and Risk Management Audit, before assuming their current role as the Head of Business, Credit, and Risk Management Audit Department. In their current position, their responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing a team, completing audit plans, addressing regulatory concerns, and providing opinions on internal controls.

Mohammad Ahsan completed their schooling from PISR between the years 1992-2000, with a focus on Science. Mohammad then pursued A Levels at Aver from 2001-2003, specializing in accounting. Following that, they attended Karachi University from 2003-2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Commerce degree with a specialization in accounting. Mohammad further pursued their accounting studies at CAT(ACCA) from 2005-2006 and ACCA from 2007-2013.
