Rowan Dowland

Rowan joined Bank Australia in 1994 and has worked in a number of executive roles since this time.

Today Rowan is responsible for the Bank’s strategy and planning, impact finance, corporate affairs and marketing functions.

Throughout his career Rowan has sought to demonstrate that the business of banking can inspire and empower people to use their money to improve their lives, the lives of others and our planet.

Rowan and his partner have a passion for Italy regularly returning to their local community and la dolce vita.

He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Development.
