Lina Piscitelli

Lina Piscitelli has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Lina is currently the Head of Lending Operations at Bank First since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ME Bank from 2018 to 2022, where they held the roles of Project Manager/Senior Product Owner and Operations Manager, Lending. Before ME Bank, Lina worked at National Australia Bank from 2010 to 2018 in various managerial roles, including HO Reference Data Management, Manager Records and Correspondence, Manager Operations Solutions, Manager Payments, and Manager Central Services (Lending Services). Lina also briefly worked at Advantedge Financial Services as a Risk Compliance Manager from 2009 to 2010 and as an Operations Manager from 2007 to 2009.

Lina Piscitelli completed a degree in Operations Management at Swinburne University of Technology from 2010 to 2011. Lina also holds a Bachelor of Cognitive Science from Flinders University. Additionally, Lina has obtained certifications including Agile Certified Product Manager from Aleph Group, Inc and SAFe Agilist Product Owner/Product Manager Certification from ALEPH -Global Scrum Team ™ in 2021.
